(EWS)

The Emotional Wellness Services (EWS) at IIMA aims to support the emotional wellness and mental health concerns of members of the IIMA community. Personal and professional pressures can deeply impact our sense of wellness, and through EWS, we intend to provide support and resources that enable individuals to take care of their emotional health.

EWS services are available to all IIMA community members, offering a safe, confidential space to address concerns related to emotional challenges, stress and anxiety management, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. Whether you're facing a personal difficulty or need regular emotional support, EWS is here to assist you with the resources needed to improve your emotional well-being.

EWS provides one-on-one confidential counseling sessions with experienced professionals along with wellness programmes that focus on developing long-term inner resources and short-term coping strategies for emotional resilience and mental health.

How We Support You

  • Confidential, individual counselling for emotional and psychological support.
  • Programmes and activities which promote emotional wellness, including stress management, mindfulness, enhancement of resilience, and building interpersonal connectedness.
  • Resources focused on personal well-being, self-care, and relationship-care.
  • Guidance on managing personal challenges and professional pressures.

The emotional wellness initiatives at the Institute are presently supported by the PGP-1993 batch of IIMA and the contribution has been facilitated by IIMA Endowment Fund.
